Miserable looking assistant, could do with staff training on being friendly and approachable. Not surprised that store was very quiet with only one other customer.

Sue made this shoe shopping experience with a 21 month year old truly memorable. In the past let’s just say the shoe fitting experience wasn’t pleasant. Today some new core memories made for our little one and all positive thanks to Sue! I can’t explain how she went above and beyond to ensure the experience was just awesome! Definitely going back thanks to Sue!
It was a pleasant experience, I haven't been there for a long time, the shop was very light with relaxed feeling, the staff member I spoke to was excellent. There selection of shoes caters for everyone, and presented well. There is also is disabled parking right out the shop that could be very convenient for someone.
Amazing customer service! A couple of residents from Ashfields care home wanted to visit Clarkes at riverside. From the minute we walked into the shop they were brilliant, two members spent a lot of time with them, trying different styles, fits ect and once paid they even carried our bags out to are mini bus! Would definitely recommend.
Very busy at the mo but it is back to school season so that is expected! The tannoy is very quiet and saw people miss their goes and then staff had to backtrack once customers had got their attention! Staff average on the friendliness front spoke more to me than my 7 year old who could answer the questions and would. Of been better to ask her soni didn't they have to relay the question to her.
