   We were in Norwich for a wedding. We needed to shop from the men's clothes and Louise (I think) and the other lovely lady standing with her were just fantastic. She helped us find the right shirt and tie. Louise was just wonderful - made us feel welcome and safe. Unfortunately, the package I specifically paid to be delivered next day didn't arrive on time. I don't know if this is a processing issue or a delivery issue. I was very annoyed as I needed that for the wedding we were attending. And it didn't arrive till on the day of the wedding.

   Bought a very nice suit for a very good price here. Very quiet compared to the other branch in city centre. The staff were very helpful in explaining the sizes and suit types to me, and I was able to try them on. 10/10 store

   I've collected a few parcels from them and each time it's been a disaster. They seem to be in a real disorganized mess. It felt like the attitude was that they weren't getting the sale so why bother. Despite getting the texts I've got there and they say they don't have the parcels. I talked to the manager at the desk and she was more interested in having a laugh with her colleagues that the grief their procedures were giving me. Staff seemed indifferent and not interested.Whilst waiting I tried a few bits on and the fitting rooms too were a mess, rather smelly. A good clean was in order for the store and the staff attitude.

   24.04.2023 Came to return some items. So easy to use the machine by the door. Wide range of women's and children's clothing downstairs, didn't have time to go upstairs. Nice to see and feel the clothes in real-life!

   Found the store to have a decent array of clothing, however I was impressed by the upstairs home section, which had a wide range of quality items, from furniture, plants, pillows, rugs and many other home decor items.

   Just popped down to Next Riverside to get an outfit to wear to a wedding. Im a female customer. My God - not a single item of decent clothing in the whole shop. It looked like Matalan had offloaded some of their castoffs. Really disappointing and not the quality I expected from NEXT!?

   I love this place for a general high street clothes shop. It never really fails to suit my needs. Generally a great range of clothing for all seasons. The end of season sales are useful for those cupboard fillers. Ordering online is also very useful if an item is out of stock, generally a next day delivery.

   I love Next. The ire clothes are good quality if a little pricey. The same goes for their shoes, bags and other accessories. The staff are helpful. The store is well laid out and clean.
