Today my brother and I went into Norwich and he took me to quiz I got a lovely set of new clothes and they have a lot of options and there was this lovely girl named bryony who helped out so much
I am due to get married in less than 3 weeks. 2 of my bridesmaids still had no dress. I was getting very stressed trying to find something and getting nowhere. Beth was amazing and helped us with new ideas until I found something that was perfect. She helped me to order a dress on next day delivery and we also bought another one in store. She was super friendly and went out of her way to help us. The ordered dress arrived and fitted perfectly so now we are sorted thanks to Beth's help!
We saw Beth yesterday and she helped us all out of a crisis! With less than 3 weeks to go til my daughters wedding and we didn’t have suitable Dresses for 2 of the bridesmaids. My daughter had bought some from elsewhere and got them altered and alterations had not gone well at all. Beth helped to find something that was ever better than what we first had chosen ! We came away from the store with 1 dress and another one on a next day delivery. So thanks for your help. It was appreciated ! Michelle
We visited today to buy a prom dress. The service was absolutely amazing. Especially two girls, helped us to find a right size for a dress, right shoes, bag and accessories. They really cared about us and gave us honest opinions. Thank you ❤️
Popped into quiz Castle mall yesterday having a look for bridesmaid dresses after looking in other shops they were all so boring. My two bridesmaids fell in love with two beautiful and so different dresses! Special mention to Kelly manning the changing rooms, giving us her great opinions and joining in our fun. She even went so far to help us find accessories and shoes to go with them. All round she made it such a fun and great experience and she needs to be recognised for her great customer service
Popped in today on my lunch break to pick up a few new outfits that I had already scoped out online. I managed to locate two of the items but couldn’t find the other bits. The lady who assisted me in locating a further piece was very knowledgeable, even telling me that one of the items on my list they had sold the last of their stock that day. This lovely lady then offered to order the rest of the bits into store for me which has never been offered to me before by a clothing retailer so that is really going above and beyond. The other lady at the till was also a delight. I feel awful for not knowing their names but they are both an absolute credit and because of their friendly, nothing too much attitudes, quiz is hands down the best clothing store in Norwich! :D
Really helpful & friendly staff. Good customer service but they need new cash tills as they’re very slow, not the staff’s fault!! Love my fascinator too!
On holiday in Norwich this weekend. Went to Quiz in Castle Mall and their staff were really attentive - nothing was too much trouble for them. I found a dress in their shop today, which I wanted to wear tonight, but it was new stock and was creased. The staff went an extra mile to steam it for me so we could collect it later. If I owned the company, I'd give them a payrise! Superb service, really appreciated xx
