It used to be my favourite shop but not anymore. They charged me more money and luckily I noticed it and asked them for a refund. However, they didn't apologize at all so l left angrily. Such bad customer service! I will shop there less!
I have the same issue everytime I go into this shop. Same with ipswich. The fitting rooms are never open, always dirty with rubbish curtains so not much privacy and also only allowed to take 3 items in. I had 8! So ended up just leaving everything and left as I had to get recharged and then back out onto the shop floor as directed to put back the three and then try another three! Just awful really! I won't waste my time in future as this shop always disappoints wherever it is!

Clothes go up to size 18 got 2 lovely dresses. staff friendly .
Very friendly staff, not what I would call cheap prices but not as dear as some. It was good on the whole.
Love this place. Great scarfs and out of the ordinary clothes: some a bit hippy/60s style. Reasonably priced. Love it, love it - recommend a visit.
