   I visit Nike quite often, and the staff are always friendly, polite, and hardworking. They consistently offer their help whenever I’m in the store, which makes the experience pleasant. However, I feel the store itself has gone downhill. The clothing range is very basic and lacks variety, and the selection of trainers is quite limited. I honestly expected a much wider range. The store would really benefit from stocking more Air Max and Jordan clothing, as that’s what many customers are looking for.

   A younger clientele. The products arent really that high quality anymore and you are undoubtedly paying for the nike logo. They used to be such innovators too.

   had an excellent experience at the Nike store in Norwich. The shop itself is a really pleasant space – well laid out, easy to navigate, and offering a wide range of first-class products at very competitive prices. Every member of our family was able to find the perfect pair of trainers, which is no small achievement! What truly made the visit outstanding, however, was the service we received from Josh. He was exceptional – highly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his warm, friendly manner made the whole shopping trip a real pleasure. Josh went above and beyond, offering great advice and ensuring we found exactly what we were looking for. His customer care was second to none and really made the experience memorable. A five-star visit all round – excellent store, fantastic products, and service from Josh that was simply outstanding.

   Place to find a very good price for a wide range of Nike sports clothing and footwear (both sex & all ages) Definitely recommend for style and variety. Easy access to all and value for money assured .

   Was shocked at how little selection it had, the options weren't great either, prices where good, but that's pointless if the options are so limited. Staff were good, but the 15 minute quee felt a lot longer, and seemed extreme, as there was only 2 people in front of us. Clearly the higher ups aren't doing enough for stock selection and streamlining the shopping experience in this store.

   Richard whom works there is brilliant very helpful and welcoming. Prices are good too. The only minor negative was that the back shoe wall was a bit of a mess when it comes to the size order but I think that's down to customers not putting trainers back in the right place. Will definitely be back
