   Don't even bother with this store. The staff are horrible and rude! Peacocks should be ashamed these people are actually working for them!! They will happily take your money but when it comes to getting a refund they will make up any lie to not give you your money back. First off the jumper was too creased? (They brought a jumper over which was the exact same condition mine was in) then it had bubbles on it?! And then I didn't have tag. Which I did and shew them the tag after they accused me of not having it. Doesn't seem like this is the first time it's happened when someone's gone to return an item either!

   Popped in today looking for a waterproof jacket. I was greeted by a very friendly member of the team handing out a special offer voucher for purchases. The lady who served me was also friendly. I'm your typical guy who doesn't normally enjoy clothes shopping, but I felt really at ease in this store mainly because of the friendly, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. 5*

   will never shop in there again. Outfit looked awful on. Wanted a refund which was refused as tag removed but i had it with me..also a pluck which was there already. Also rude staff. Will avoid in future Dereham ,Norfolk.

   Appalled, bought 2 bras which you can't try on, took one back for refund , unfortunately, the other one got left at home as we think my grandson took it out, anyway got given a £10 refund for a £12 bra, again I didn't realise till I got home, my dad had been really poorly and died, so for obvious reasons we couldn't return to dereham very quickly , I asked if I could exchange the other bra, still with tags and receipt, assistant rang manager, and I quietly explained about my dad, my mum was with me so kept quiet, so I didn't distress my mum . He said no. He didn't speak to me either, he stayed in his office, what would it have hurt for me to exchange. Very bad customer service...i was so upset and angry. I still am.
