The Monica long line cardigan I received looked nothing like the one on the website. It was cheap,thin and would have gone out of shape after one wash. Took ages to arrive and came from a chinese company .Shoddy. Did not answer my email when enquired where my parcel was after 2 weeks.
Terrible. They aren’t in England but China. The dress I ordered was a joke. Terrible quality. I now have to return in to China at my expense for a refund. Don’t buy from them!
Awful experience .Waited ages for dress ...not sure where it came from .. sizing and quality awful . Then expected €20 dollars to return... and offered me 10% refund and keep dress ...I didn't want dress and to offer me £3.50 as refund Appalling . Eventually last offer 30% refund ...I don't want dress wanted refund and to return ..but i am not paying €20 .....

I'd previously messaged the lady to put me a pair of sandals aside,which she did ,she was so friendly and helpful,I ended up buying the sandals and two dresses,,very pleased, would definitely go back again.
Absolutely awful experience with Emma. Took my dress in months ago and was given a quote and her card. Contacted her a couple days later and she booked me in for my first fitting for my wedding dress ten weeks before my big day. Turned up this morning for the appt to find the place boarded up and completely empty?! Rang her countless times and eventually heard back later that day, she was extremely rude on the phone and was not apologetic whatsoever. The absolute panic I felt ten weeks before my wedding to have no one to do my alterations! She said she didn't have me in her diary but I definitely made an appointment via phone. She was disorganized from start to finish and can only thank my lucky stars I never handed over my dress or paid a deposit! I'm sure she's good at what she does but her customer service is shocking. Thankfully I was able to be fitted in by Camilla brides and they were so helpful and absolutely lovely. My dress needs a lot of work and so said we needed to start fittings and work straight away which is odd as Emma didn't seemed worried or in a rush to start at all... Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
