This is actually about Google being basically .... WRONG. This Mountain Warehouse in London St has long since closed. I visited MW nearby at Haymarket in Norwich. They told me they have repeatedly told Google to update their info .. but Google have simply ignored. Google - with respect - get your act together.
Please put your opening hours on your shop front. Courtesy to your clients who are kept guessing and pacing in front of the front doors.
I bought a coat from the Norwich branch but unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for the coast where I live so I took it back to exchange it the guy at the till when I explained why I wanted to exchange it just kept saying it was the best one, so I said I would look around for something else still he kept on with this is the better one, while I was looking around I over heard a assistant telling another customer all about some coats how wind resistant rain resistant and warm they were and why, so I waited until he had finished then ask for his help, I did get a much warmer coat thanks to him, nice looking guy with glasses so thank you only reason I gave a 4 was because he was so helpful, unlike the little guy at the till, he needs to know more about your products

Purchased a pair of shoes that were advertised as being waterproof but water seeps through like nothing. Items still overpriced even after being reduced twice, especially im comparisson with other similar big brands. Staff ok but not particularly eager to serve you.
Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. I have a bowel disease and desperately needed to use a toilet, they very kindly let me use the staff toilet the young assistant was so kind. Thankyou so much to that member of staff. I have been refused many times in other stores.
Very helpful staff in this Norwich branch. I've recently been searching for a waterproof cycling jacket and after looking in completely the wrong area of the store, the staff pointed me to their cycling specific selection. Not a huge choice but they had a garment perfect for what I wanted at a fraction of the cost of cycle specific branded clothing in other stores.
