   I am commenting on the infrastructure of the building. The men’s toilets are terrible and smelly. They have been broken for sometime. The state of the men’s changing rooms are poor. Most of the cubicles are missing hooks to hang up your clothes or the new clothes you are trying on so everything has to go on the dirty floor.

   Visited the store yesterday and was impressed by the wide range of men’s items. Tried on and bought a few pieces, also placed an order which was delivered today. Great variety, good prices, and excellent service – couldn’t fault it.

   Love this location. Easy to get to from the A14. Free parking. Its a large Next with a great selection. Have a womens Petite section...great for us short ladies! Womens shoe section is good, lots of choice.

   Ok but customer service is bad. Old lady on the till literally ignored me and then scanned my items without saying a word. Strange experience. Don’t expect much. Surely if you’re competing with online you’d focus on customer service? Also people seem to be trying on shirts in the bags and the bundling them up and putting them back in. The store has sized shirts if you don’t know your size but still about 50% had been tried on and screwed into a ball and put back in their bag on the rail.

   Disappointed in there selection of bras for the larger size. I understand why they were separated from normal size , but they were hanging high up and difficult to reach .Not one of them , out of the ones I liked had a size label on the hanger.

   What a fabulous store. Excellent range of goods including a cafe. My favourite was the mens section with a huge selection of jumpers and other tops Pretty good value, well worth a visit. Good parking, can get a bit busy midday.

   Today I visited store to pick up an Internet order. 1 of 2 items was the wrong item. I was helped by Kellie on the ground floor cash tills, Kellie kindly spoke to the on line customer services for me, I can say I'm delighted Kellie made that call for us as it wasn't the easiest one to make. 5 star review to Kellie for amazing customer service, Thank you so much a grateful customer:)
