   Changed the online Return if you do not have a printer they do not send the correct label for royal mail to print off wasting my time on ccustomer services trying to get the right label and running down to post office to be told incorrect label , used to be peel return label off and stick so so easy , doubt i will order onlline again as Rubbish service

   I love crew clothing, it's comfortable and washes well, from now on I will only use online shopping, the reason for my rating, the shop in Norwich, Norfolk has a really big step. I'm in a wheelchair, during a shopping trip with my cousin, we struggled to get me into the shop, we were ignored by the staff. We wandered around looking at summer dresses, it's a good job I had her with me, I wouldn't have been able to reach the hangers, we were debating which dress to purchase, when I decided that we weren't getting the service we deserved and tried to leave the shop, again the staff did not offer any assistance. I will never visit that shop again.
