“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. “Amazing service at Deja Elite Boutique. Brought my sister here yesterday to look for a prom dress and everyone was fantastic. Even when it all got a bit overwhelming the staff were extremely understanding. There is a great selection of dresses which are well organised into the different styles and colours making it easy to look through what you are looking for. My sister left feeling fantastic, chuffed to have found her prom dress, feeling great about her figure thanks to all the support and feeling very reassured about what was although exciting, still an overwhelming experience for her. Thank you so much for all of your help, support and guidance to find the perfect dress and helping my sister feel so much better along the way. We were lucky enough that her perfect dress was available in her size meaning we were able to take it the same day rather than ordering it in which was even better. Great to know as well that they won't sell the same dress to someone going to the same prom. Thanks again, highly recommend!”

“After having been let down badly by a bunch of chancers masquerading as highland outfitters in Edinburgh, I was recommended by my cousin to try the Kilt and suit company in her home town of Hamilton and I have to say I am highly delighted that I did , Alex is a real gent and re measured me as the measurements given by the other lot were wrong , I was assured that I would have my kilt and all accessories by at the latest the beginning of February and to my delight it has turned up well packed today the 17 / 01 / 2024 . If you are a visitor to Scotland and of Scots heritage wanting a complete outfit I would avoid Edinburgh and get yourself on the train to Hamilton ( the shop is less than five minutes from the station ) and go and see Alex you will not be disappointed”

“Please note that this store, September '24 is in the process of closing down. Great outdoor clothing at reasonable prices. I particularly like their polo shirts which are mainly made out of antibacterial, quick dry material. Good fit and extremely comfortable to wear.”
