   Bought trainers today at the Hamilton store, the service I received from Cammy was first class, so helpful and chatted in a friendly manner Cammy even took the rime to lace up my preferred trainers for me. Excellent service with quality products. Thanx Cammy!!!

   Bought Nike trainers from them. They lasted 2 weeks (been worn 4x and only to school).It's obviously a fake as the once we had before, from different seller, lasted 2 years. Been refused a refund or replacement. We have also contacted customer services but been ignored.

   Went in yesterday to change a top spoke to one male member of staff who started off being helpful but when I asked him to phone another store to check availability the answer I got was "I could try but they won't answer the phone"can you order it for me again "I could try " was the answer asked a different member of staff and she couldn't have been more helpful one phone call and the top I wanted was sitting behind the till at another local store

   Bought a size 8 to 10yrs tracksuit for daughter, clearly states size 8 to 10 on hanger but after getting home the hood size was found to be 10 to 12 yrs old. Disappointed happens far to often in there. Clothe range is not great for women or children more for men only.

   Lots of staff standing around but only one person on the till with a Q. Every time I go in! Not very big selection, have to order online most of the time. Music always too loud. But its still the only decent sports shop around.
