Just been in looking for camping equipment and frank could not have been more helpful.. he had great knowledge off all the stock and was able to advice us on the things that best suited our needs.. also sarah was excellent in the advice she gave us about various questions we had. Very happy.
Visited Trespass this morning in Hamilton. Was served by John whom was most helpful as I was newbie to the walking game. He advised me appropriately on clothing I would require as a relative beginner. John is definitely an asset to your company and will return in the future.

Drove through from Glasgow on instruction that a specific item was in stock in the size I need to get there and be told it wasn’t and the women on the phone had looked over at said item and assumed it would be available in the size I needed. Not even as much as an apology when this was found out
