Have been a loyal Rohan customer for 30 years. Wandered around the Glasgow store for 10 minutes on Saturday. Shop was quiet with no other customers. Staff didn’t acknowledge us, completely ignored us and just talked amongst themselves. I was looking to buy a new waterproof mac for the autumn. Shame, the staff in other stores are usually friendly and helpful.
Fantastic service from Glasgow shop, ordered T shirts on friday morning and they were delivered to home address on saturday afternoon.

Great place I discovered when looking for a winter jacket last week. They advised me and showed available stock in the stock room, collected a few jackets and sold me one. I was impressed with the history of this brand. The functionality of the jacket is just as wanted with two way zip, insulation as well as wind and water proof.
Quick and fast service. We needed a lightweight large bag to carry all our souvenirs and they had a bag that carrys 40 liters that collapsed into a pouch that was like 6 inch by 6 inch by 1 inch. Amazing!
