Was really surprised by the quality and longevity of this brands jeans. Staff friendly, great gifts available and employ a lot of young people fairly.
Jodie and Justin were absolutely fantastic today. Had a few queries about the app and certain deals. I was impressed with the incredible levels of customer care shown. It was the highest standard I've ever seen. Both were friendly really helpful and made the shopping experience an absolute joy. Genuinely the two of them are an asset to the Vans brand as a whole and other retailers could do to learn from the impeccable standards set by the team here. I will most definitely be back in store soon and would recommend this store and the team to anyone going to Glasgow. If the company gives rewards to their staff they definitely deserve it for the service I received today. 5 stars
Reserved a pair of shoes online, asked a staff member to assist. I don't usually visit stores in person but I wasn't sure about the sizing. The staff was knowledgeable and gave me useful advice on the fit and feel. They showed me how the shoe I chose was built for skate boarding, showed me the build quality of the tongue and sole. I ended up sizing up a half step taking on the staff's advice. I wouldn't have found the right size without that staff member! I didn't catch their name but their cashier number ends in 074. Thank you for making my in-store experience relaxing.

We went into the store with our son yesterday (Wednesday 11th Jan) and we were assisted by Zac who was great with my boy. Really appreciate it and thanks again Zac, you went above and beyond.
Went there today to buy some new shoes and was greeted by a very lovely lady, so helpful and positive great experience and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions we wanted to and got us the right shoes with the right size very quickly and efficiently with the help of the other man who I believed work in the back with the shoe stocks. 100% would recommend.
