   Just wanted to say thanks to Karen and Taylor today for helping me with my shoes. I bought a pair last week when the store almost closed but Karen patiently waits for me. However unfortunately upon trying at home a couple days after I realised it is very tight on the sides of my shoes. Taylor kindly suggested trying different in soles and Karen suggested loosening the laces but unfortunately the style does not work for me. But when Taylor gave me another type of shoes, I thought it felt much better on my feet. I took my time walking around and trying the shoes to ensure I got it right this time. Thanks very much for both of your help, this is truly my first time shopping for shoes where the staff actually listens and genuinely care.

   Special thank you to the lovely lady who served me this morning, she took time to make sure i had the most comfy sandles i have ever had, i was advised to size up as she could see they weren't right just from looking at them. The most patient and caring member of staff. Excellent service.

   I had a lovely experience in the Glasgow Buchanan Street Store when returning shoes. From first contact with Robbie and then with assistant manager Karen. I had purchased a blue pair of the Gruuv a few weeks ago , they were so comfortable that a week or so later I purchased the white ones. Unfortunately the white ones turned out to be a mismatched pair, one white the other limestone white. I had worn them a couple of days before I noticed. It wasn’t obvious in the shop lighting. I took the shoes back and they gave me a fresh pair that matched. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I have been wearing Ecco shoes from the early 90s when as a young nurse I was on my feet all day. Still love Ecco.

   Great service - very helpful and friendly. I needed a pair of Ecco off-road sandals before going on holiday and a pair were put aside for me. Wore them most of the time on holiday and they were excellent - really comfortable and ideal for walks in the countryside.
