Placed an order 10 days ago and paid next day delivery for it. Still haven’t received the order and emailed 6 times chasing this and not had one response. Spoke to DPD and they said they’ve never received the parcel. Can someone from Exceed please get in contact as money has been taken and no parcel….

Just want to say that the team at Exceed today were more that helpful. Been looking for a top online for last few weeks and was unable to get anywhere else. I am very self conscious of clothing sizes and my body fit and they were very accommodating and able to get me sorted out. I also liked the fact that they just didn’t just take your money and not engage with us. We drove through from Fife today and speaking to the team about their visions and what clothing brands they are about to unleash within the store made me for the first time when buying clothes feel like they appreciated my custom as much as I appreciate there warm and comfortable approach. Want to say that I will always look to come and shop with yous first in future and I appreciate you making me and the Mrs so welcomed and wish yous all the best with the business. John & Danielle
