I shop in this branch for my kids shoes, always alone. But today I took the kids in to measure for school shoes and I am so glad I did! All of the staff are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Libby. Libby is an absolute delight and was so patient with a very bored 6 year old. 5* all round.
I travel many miles to get my son’s shoes from here, every time his feet grow. The staff always changes, because of course they’re young and ambitious, but the customer service is always the same and they know how to talk kids and get them to actually choose something. My sons so fussy! 5 stars ⭐️
We went to buy shoes with my 4 year old daughter hannah welcomed us very well, she is really very experienced and has a great bonding ability with children
The staff were amazing the kids loved them, the staff were calling my kids by their names in minutes and treating them like Kings and Queens, we went in to buy 1 pair of shoes and ended up spending about £100, all this because the staff were great thanks again.

Absolutely fabulous service! Took my 9 month old in to get measured for the first tim and they were so lovely and made sure he was comfortable! They recommended shoes and sizes to suit him and our style! Left with a pair of trainers and converse, Absolutely love them both! Will be shopping here again
Maykayla was such a gem of a shop assistant. She had the patience of a saint and helped us out so much with our niece who was being a bit difficult. Totally lovely girl!
