   Schuh used to have a much larger store nearby with a good selection. At some point they've moved to this smaller shop and don't seem to have much stock anymore

   The service or lack of today was utterly unacceptable, despite seeing me walk in with walking stick, despite seeing me have a seat and struggle to get back up not one person offered any assistance/ asked if I required any help. Yet those who came in after me, staff spoke to immediately. Do you have issues with people with disabilities?? Absolutely disgusted with attitudes of staff I left. So much for treating customers with respect..

   Shout out to Ewan. For his excellent customer service. I had a voucher and was struggling to decide on the trainers I wanted. As the ones I wanted (some grey Vans) were out of stock. But didn’t want to wait. He showed me a couple of excellent alternatives. And they there better than what I’d have bought anyway.

   Yet another great visit to schuh, I love this store and this is my favourite branch, staff are always helpful. I have small feet and need to buy kids shoes and I always come away with finding something in here.

   I took my toddler in here for new trainers. The staff member (I wish I could remember her name. She did tell me) was very helpful and measured my toddlers feet with no issue at all. They had a good selection and lots on sale too. A very easy experience!
