Today I was in the schuh argyle street branch I spoke to lovely girl Kiana was her name I think I needed new shoes for work she was extremely helpful and professional lovely girl who also advised if I bought a second pair I would get £10 off so I loved a few pairs so I did that Kiana or Kitana was extremely helpful, very ,nice friendly, happy looking, pleasant and very welcoming she went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect pairs of shoes as 1 of my ankles is a wee bit swollen due to a break previously also i am just back from my holiday so the flight cab do that cause swelling, anyway Kiana then helped me dighn up for a loyalty card so I will deffinately be back to buy boots next. Was assisted by Eve who was fantastic. Helped my wife try on several shoes and nothing was too much hassle. Choice was great prices good and service we received was fantastic so would recommend this branch. Additionally we were referred by another branch in buchanan galleries so it's not a one off seems like schuch know customer service.
Me and my boyfriend went in today while on a visit to the city, when we asked if a pair of shoes were in his size (which there wasn’t- obviously this isn’t anyones fault!). As we were leaving, a sales assistant laughed was laughing about us to a coworker and left us feeling uncomfortable.
Super friendly team. We bought a couple of pairs from Gary who was really friendly and obviously knew what he was talking about. It was nice to buy from this store. Highly recommend.
Decent shoe store. Pricing is average, some shoes models cost more than if you would buy in specific branded stores or online. Timberlands are more affordable here. Staff is friendly and helpful here. No parking, as well as no restrooms available for customers, which is a bummer. Overall well recommended, check it out.
