   Received a gift for my husband for Christmas that doesn’t fit him. We sadly do not live near the store where it was bought so contacted them to try and arrange return of said top and receive gift card which I was happy to pay postage for (although this was never discussed as my request was shut down) as apparently I have to exchange in store only…… no help given or offered by very unhelpful and rude girl on the phone - I bet they never mention this when your buying the items but provide you with a gift receipt (unbelievable)!! Now stuck with an expensive top that’s useless…… be aware of this for anyone that like me lives remotely :-(

   Dropped in to grab something in person I'm so glad we did. The store was a tranquil little oasis from the horrific Christmas madness even with quite a few customers in. I got to see a bunch of clothes that I thought I didn't like on the website but that I apparently loved in person. The sales associate we spoke to, Alex, was fantastic: helpful, professional, knowledgeable and had a super-human level of calm considering the chaos outside. Honestly, the visit singlehandedly increased the chances of me shopping at Reiss.

   Not cheap but really good quality clothing. Service 1st rate. Everything you need from casual wear to suits though not so good when it comes to shoes. I have been shopping with this company for a few years.

   One of the most professional clothing establishments in glasgow, the service they provide is impeccable from entering the shop to leaving, all staff are most gracious and cater to your every need,they only sell the finest tailor-made products, for their clients and there is no other clothes boutique that offers the whole package when it comes to shopping for something to wear...love it its a cut above the rest,Great manageress! With such a beautifully helpful manner who makes you feel so at ease & welcome with the most amazing attention to detail, Great manager who is so polite with amazing knowledge of the garments sold and their staff are always only too happy to help ....it makes it a total delight to be in the store, been shopping here since it opened and the quality of service has never changed, only the best service always. Lived in L.A...for 2 years and the Reiss over there sold the same clothes but the service was not in the same league as the Glasgow branch.
