   I am on a weight loss journey and visited the store yesterday (13 November) to change an online purchase. Emma dealt with me and to say I was speechless after the fitting is an understatement. I have now dropped 2 bra sizes since a fitting I had in June. Emma listened, was so friendly and helpful and her expertise was second to none. I was so pleased about the way I looked in my new correct sized bras that I asked if I could give her a hug. Next time I'm in - I'll definitely be asking for Emma.

   Lovely store, lovelier employees. I didn’t catch her name but she was working the upstairs main desk in the fitting room around 11:30am on August 13th but she was one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the joy of interacting with. I ended up going down two band sizes up two cup sizes (what a difference!) , I hadn’t booked an appointment as it was an impulse stop in and I thought I had known my size. She was still able to help and was very knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with in the store was very helpful and I ended up very happy with my purchase. Also very pleasantly surprised with the prices.

   I am 68 years old and have struggled to find the right bra for ages. My daughter insisted that I visit this store and within 10 minutes I had the right bra. Walked out with 2 bras which were not cheap but the difference in my self confidence and my image in the mirror is HUGE. Cannot recommend enough. I was at the stage where I was refusing to wear a bra and felt like I couldn’t really be seen in public due to that fact. The bras I got have made all the difference and are worth every penny. Thank you, I will be back.

   Was my first time going and getting my bra sized and I had a great experience here. All the ladies are lovely and treat you with so much respect and kindness. I just walked in no appointment pre-booked and they took me right away. I left knowing my correct bra size and I lovely new bra!

   Popped in on the off chance they could see me without a appointment staff very friendly and details took then I met Millie who was my fitter lovely friendly girl nothing was a bother and tried on quite a few bras before choosing two could not believe I.had been wearing the wrong size for many years would certainly recommend and very reasonable.cost

   I went to the Glasgow store for my first ever fitting and was quite nervous about it but all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Grace especially was an absolute angel and helped me to find my right fit and the bras that I needed! Hands down the best shopping experience I’ve ever had, so glad I went in.

   Nervous about going.....silly me!! Had a fabulous time. Wonderful fitter Lisa and the rest of the staff so kind. The bras are terrific and so pretty. I booked a time slot would recommend that as it looks as they can get busy. I will definitely be back.

   I always shop in the Edinburgh branch however on the 4th i visited the one in Glasgow and the staff could not of been more helpful. I didn’t unfortunately get the name of my fitter but she was very polite and was happy to give advice/point me in the right direction. The whole team was welcoming from the moment I stepped in the store .. good service as always, thank you!
