   was in the Coatbridge store just after 9am this morning, 2 members of staff standing a tills 1 sorting hangers and the other typing something into theirs stood for a couple of minutes but neither of them seemed interested in serving me. I left the goods I intended to buy and left the store (maybe your staff don't think it's their job to deal with customers). If there had even been an apology or I'll be right with you but no looked at me and then went back to what they were doing

   The worst customer experience I have ever had. Assistant coming out of store room almost run me over. I got no apology or excuse me. The result Next lost a sale and a very upset customer left.

   Not alot of staff to ask for advice only 2 on the till and till was busy so found it awkward to ask advice or if they had s certain style then when I did ask the lady said they didn5 have any at a and there was a full rack of them poor customer service could be better were more occupied moving a chair from the front door the whole 2 of them
