I think th lady's names Wad jamielee she's was incredible the help she gave was great my daughter is very veey slim and wanted a beige skirt they didn't have her size but a age 10 in the khaki. She found the skirt let my daughter try it on and found the smaller size online. Very helpful very lovely woman and can't thank her enough. 10/10 for her amazing customer service Thank you”

“I went in looking for a jumper i had saw online. It was supposed to be in stock in the store but i couldnt see it. A lovely sales assistant went looking for it and then when she couldnt fund it went to check the stock room. I wasnt expecting her to find it but she came back down with one. Only issues were some clothes were too high to reach (though a lovely staff member came t our assistance very quickly) and the que seemed to be taking forever. Wee tip - go to the children's area kiosk as it's usually much, much quieter :)”
