   Great store for menswear. Visited yesterday and was quite impressed. Next branded clothing is really good quality. The layout of the store is very good. There was a sale section and I managed to acquire a few bargains. Didn't have much time so I am going back again next week for a better look.

   Ordered 2 items for collection from Buchanan Galleries store and needed them quite quickly but only received one on arrival. Chris (staff member) noticed me looking a bit confused and asked if I needed help, he was very friendly, looked into it and explained to me that the parcel had unfortunately been delayed. Even though the shop was quite busy, he took the time to offer and arrange the perfect solution for me, finding the item I’d ordered in store. Left the shop very happy with two lovely products. Great customer service from Chris!

   Visited the Buchanan Galleries store on 15/1/24 to return some items that were purchased online. When I asked the assistant the total of the refund, I was rudely told to "look at the receipt". Similar attitude when I enquired about using a credit voucher. I'm from overseas so a polite explanation of the refund/credit voucher process would have been appreciated. Awful customer service.

   I went in looking for a jumper i had saw online. It was supposed to be in stock in the store but i couldnt see it. A lovely sales assistant went looking for it and then when she couldnt fund it went to check the stock room. I wasnt expecting her to find it but she came back down with one. This is what i call customer service and i will be recommending Next to friends.

   They never had a shirt I was looking for in a certain size, but fortunately their staff member Bo was able to contact their warehouse, and have the size I was looking for delivered to their Braehead store. Really friendly & helpful staff, thanks for going above and beyond.

   I always had a great experience with the NEXT store in Edinburgh at the St James quarter. However, it wasn't the case in this store as the customer service was terrible. On the 31st December 2022, I was served by a very rude girl (Carley)- that was her name. I was waiting to be served and when it was my turn, she rolled her eyes and was very aggressive in her approach. When asked whether that particular size was available- I was told to go check the internet. I was also told the same by her male colleague with who she was busy chatting with. Clearly they were not doing their job properly and does not care about their customers. As an asian customer, I clearly do not feel welcome in this store so I left. From this experience, I would give 0 stars if I could and I do not recommend anyone to shop there.

   Every time I go to this store I get charged a higher price than what is on the tag. In most recent instance it was only two pounds which I've only now noticed when I got home. Last time it was 50 and I noticed right away. It also feels more like a social club for staff who continue chats rather than serve customers. Will not bother coming back, I don't want to keep inconveniencing the staff by interrupting their conversations.

   I usually like next style of clothing. However, I recently went shopping for a suit here and was left disappointed with the selection of styles and sizes. When I found a suit that I liked they didn't have my size.
