Although decent store, serving staff are poor, she balled up the clothes into a pile, even when I started to fold them properly, no help or assistance offered
5 stars to staff member Gemma who went above and beyond in helping me look for cuffed joggers. Never had my size so she ordered them to my house for me. Kept a smile on her face, despite the long queue and being patient with me. Thank you

managed to stock up on some autumn-weight jumpers and cardigans. really comfy and didn't break the bank.
Good selection of styles & some good bargains. My only complaint was not enough staff at checkout so had to wait to pay for purchases.

Love this shop. Being petite, @ only 5ft, I find this store has a wide range of styles to choose from. Last time I shopped here, I couldn't find my size. The assistant was more than happy to help get my size order in for home delivery. Couldn't recommend this shop & there customer services any more.
This store is always bright and well laid out to create a very spacious appearance. As a wheelchair user I appreciate this, but I would have to agree that perhaps this ‘empty’ look is just as much down to low stock level as it is to welcome wheelchairs. As an oap the store is clearly not for me, but my family of young teens don’t often buy here either.
