    Not a shop I come into all that often, more likely to go to TJ Maxx when I am in the USA so find the UK version a bit of a let down in comparison. I didn’t see anything on my visit today, to be honest I was only killing time, but the gents wear upstairs was pretty drab and uninspiring. No stand out bargains either, even found a t-shirt priced at £29.99!

    Went in today to speak to someone regarding a incident at the weekend with my daughter and a group of friends. The assistant that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. However when she got the assistant manager I was told to go to the till to speak to her. No name badge , no acknowledgement. I spoke to the assistant manager about the incident and her attitude was abysmal for someone representing this business. I have now forwarded a email to their head office awaiting a response. A course in customer service may be beneficial for this individual but I will not be in this store again after having allegations with no evidence leveled at me. Horrendous service. Take your custom elsewhere.

    Usual mishmash of seconds and overstocks. Some gems buy you do need to hunt for them if your taste leans away from the mainstream. A bit like a vintage shop, but new.
