Whether it's for pantry staples, their delicious bakery items, or a new basic for my wardrobe, I know I can count on M&S. While it can get busy, the checkout is usually efficient. A solid, dependable store that has earned my repeat business.

   I'm trans so feel very self conscious when out. Fortunately M&S here must either train staff well on this or they just don't get hung up over that stuff. Girl on the till was so sweet, really friendly (she liked my ring, lovely of her to say) and she put me at ease. Wish I noted her name. This was around 1830/45 on the second floor. Please pass on my thanks to her.

   Used the food hall and the currency exchange. Exchange was really easy with good rates and a very pleasant young woman serving. Food hall was quite good, black cherries were tasteless and the young guy on the trolley duties dishing out sarcastic comments.

   (Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a large store here and has everything from clothes (men's, women's, children's), home items to their food hall and café. The food hall is great with lots of good quality food! Cost is slightly pricier but you do get good quality! The store is also very accessible with wide aisles etc. Well done!

   The cafe - Completely Disappointing!! 1. Waited 20 minutes to be served …people around me also complaining! 2. No decaffeinated coffee , that’s at least a month they haven’t had any ! 3. No jam on display beside the scones, had to ask at the till and the girl serving had to go and get some .. 4. Napkin holder was empty .. M&S this is poor show , you don’t just need to have more staff on but you need the cafe to be supervised… Hamilton store cafe was run very professionally , it was an enjoyable experience.. this cafe is not coming close ..
