“The last time I was in argos I was looking for a new watch, I had checked out what watches was on the argos website but I decided to go look in argos for my new watch as the website only showed some watches. So the ideal thing is to go into argos and there you would be able to try on the watch and the staff will help you. Where as if you buy on line for your watch it's mostly guess work in will it fit me will it look good etc. So go into argos and let the staff help you with what you want. There is nothing better than speaking to the staff in person, but you can't have a conversation with a website page can you. The staff was most helpful in what I was looking for. A nice place to visit and it's lovely and cool inside away from the hot temperature that's outside. Plus if you visit Argos you could do some shopping in Sainsbury's as well. Sound advice”

“Was in shopping for an outfit for my 30th birthday, with my mum, the staff member Lauren was brilliant she helped with trying on all the outfits and picking out things for me to try on, I ended up going with the dress Lauren had picked, the shoes I wanted they didn’t have in stock Lauren had called the quiz nearer my home and got them to hold the shoes there for me, all the staff in the shop where friendly and helpful, will definitely be back thanks”

“Sometimes good buys at the outlet store but not many bargains to be had today. In the women's dept was half jackets with the summer gathered sleeve edges but out there is the freeing weather. Anyway hopefully they will have more of what I need soon but this store used to be so much better.”

“Decided to pop into John Lewis in response to their 50% off fragrance offers. After being so very disappointed with the Boots, so called ‘50% Off’ deals, I was delighted to find that John Lewis actually honour, what they actually advertise and as such, they got all my business which consisted of 4 bottles of fragrance ! That’s how a stores should conduct their business…! Well Done John Lewis, you’ve certainly got my support !”

“I would just like to say thank you to Ayub in the men's department at Silverburn Marks & Spencer. He was immensely helpful and patient, and despite the vague description that I gave him (I was feeling unwell and not used to buying from the men's dept) he managed to find exactly what I was looking for. He couldn't have been nicer and made what would have been an extremely stressful experience without him a stress free trip to M&S with Ayub at hand. He has encyclopaedic knowledge of the men's stock, in this case the trousers, and was just so amazing. If I'm shopping for men's items again, I will be heading straight to Ayub. His colleague at the checkout who sent me to Ayub was also brilliant but sadly I didn't get her name. Thank you so much!!!”

“Went here to look for Black out roller blinds . There was a good selection available. I found a Black hessian blind i loved, it was very thick, expensive looking and not expensive to buy. They were easy to trim and fit to the size i needed. So glad I bought the 3 I needed for my bay window .”
