   Have been buying a few items for work, but again the item is burst open, leaving a bad smell inside my bag which was bran new, the packaging of sertin items are cheaply made not ideal for the product, that you want to have for lunch for the microwave. It needs improvement

   I'm sharing today's experience with you so you know what kind of rude people you'll encounter. At around 4pm today, I went shopping. When I was done, I put my things on the counter to count them. I looked for plastic bags and there were no more. I took a plastic bag from the place where the staff count. A few moments later, the security guard and one of the staff there confronted me in a rude tone in front of the people. The security guard took the plastic bag from me, threw it away, and said, "You should take it from them." I was really shocked, panicked, and embarrassed in front of the people because they acted as if I didn't want to count a worthless thirty-pence bag. And worst of all, the security guard at the door shamelessly cursed me at the door. "I really, really regret that I've shopped here four times because every time one of the staff here treats the customers in a rude way. Now I'm seeing that everyone else saw this rude behavior, and how good it is to share it with others. I'm going to report this to a higher authority because it's been an hour now because of panic. I have severe heart pain. I can't breathe easily.and One of the customers invited me to be calm and said, "These are always like this. Don't be upset, because these plastic bags are worthless, making you upset like this." Most importantly, the staff there are zero negative stars.

   A woman blond hair small and looks to be somewhere between 30 and 50 I have witnessed 2x this woman be aggressive to my friends as a customer we all have put ourselves down to be witnesses for the trading standards and we have sufficient proof after she had called them names and made fun of them we decided to record due to this being highly unprofessional we have sent the voice records to the trading standards to. From what I can tell this can only be racially motivated or homophobic as we have moved here from different countries and one of us is gay I don't know for sure about the homophobic part but definitely racially motivated after this last encounter we have all been adviced to avoid contact with her till they contact her but we will be taking further action as this Is a disgrace - thank you to Callum the manager for his help as we have been looking for someone for a while now in this shop to help us in assistance with this woman.

   My boyfriend has been subjected to what appears to be a hate-motivated incident involving ongoing harassment by a woman at this store. We have made repeated efforts to identify her and are now preparing to take further action. We also encourage others who have had similar experiences with this individual to share their accounts.

   I recently visited ALDI and was very disappointed with the experience. The car park was full of old pot holes and there were thick bits of ice on the ground, which made it very slippery. I even slipped and fell into a baby nappy while getting out of my car. The disability access was also very bumpy and the whole area was filled with a stinky nappy bin. Overall

   Decent shop with pretty much everything you would need. Slight downfall is making self checkout the only option sometimes. Fine for me but it's not for everyone which results in a long unnecessary queue

   I love aldis really good place to shop. I only gave this shop a 3 because there is a terrible smell when you go in. It is pretty awful. Sorry aldis but you need to do something about this shop it is awful. Usually go to the one in High Street Glasgow which is ace but Hamilton shop smells awful x

   Great location for students, QED great for student type food/meals ... own brand is cheap and cheerful but tasteless and the portions sizes would make Slimming World proud. Loads of reasonable priced decent wines - compared to say Morrison's or Tesco, the rest is summed up by "you get the quality you are prepared to pay for" nuff said. Strapped for cash or a student, this is the place to go shopping.

   The store is well lit and clean. Bakery dept poorly stocked. Security guard's eye is off the ball and the place could do with some more actual checkouts open instead of forcing everyone to use self serve.
