M&S as usual a bit pricey, but,as they say you get what you pay for. Always excellent quality produce. Use the cafe during shopping and always find it busy, but good service and again good quality snacks etc.

I would just like to say thank you to Ayub in the men's department at Silverburn Marks & Spencer. He was immensely helpful and patient, and despite the vague description that I gave him (I was feeling unwell and not used to buying from the men's dept) he managed to find exactly what I was looking for. He couldn't have been nicer and made what would have been an extremely stressful experience without him a stress free trip to M&S with Ayub at hand. He has encyclopaedic knowledge of the men's stock, in this case the trousers, and was just so amazing. If I'm shopping for men's items again, I will be heading straight to Ayub. His colleague at the checkout who sent me to Ayub was also brilliant but sadly I didn't get her name. Thank you so much!!!

I always have an amazing experience at Marks & Spencer in Silverburn. The customer service here is genuinely outstanding — everyone in the clothing department is friendly, professional and always greets you with a smile. Today I was looking for a specific pair of trousers, and a lovely young lady helped me with so much patience and kindness. She guided me through the app, placed the online order for me and made the whole process so easy. Her attitude truly made my day. It’s also worth mentioning that the staff in the food hall are equally fantastic — always helpful, polite and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team at M&S Silverburn for creating such a positive shopping experience every time.

No surprises given the time of year the parking area was busy, we were early 10.00h. M&S was very busy & when we went for a coffee we were lucky to find a seat. The staff were very busy but met the demands with good grace. When we left the qué was getting longer as seat availability was not meeting the demands. As far as the store was concerned it was up to M&S standards if somewhat requiring careful negotiation due to the crowd & rack layout. All in all happy to retire to the car & move on.

No Autograph for women but maybe that’s the demographic of that area and no demand. Went in with elderly parents where we went to kids till to pay , female assistant around 5 pm totally disinterested. She cleared hangers while we stood waiting then served us. My mum had difficulty getting on Wi-Fi , to get her Sparks card. So there was no help, no take your time etc. Just a bored expression as we tried to get on. Mum commented on her attitude which was a shame seeing as it was a nice shopping trip but the staff interaction or lack off let it down

I will never shop at Silverburn branch again. I needed new clothing including a couple of pairs of smart trousers , some shirts and maybe some chinos. Possibly also some shoes. I have been unwell and wanted to cheer myself up with a wardrobe overhaul. I went to the gents department where there were two male assistants deep in conversation. So rummaged around looking for my size. Saw some chinos I liked but could not see where the trousers were. I tried to attract the attention of Mutt and Jeff but they turned their backs. Found the trouser racks but could not find my size in the more expensive ones which I wanted. Mutt and Jeff had moved to another part of the store and were still deep in conversation. Again I could not attract their attention so thought I would just get a couple of pairs of chinos and call it quits. But again they seemed not to have my size although I was sure I had seen them earlier . I looked over to where the chatty twosome were still deep in conversation and tried to attract their attention but again they turned away. I suppose I should have marched over and demanded assistance but then I thought that if they are not interested in the customers then why should I bother to give them my custom. I will go to a proper shop next time. I like their underwear range but I am sure I can find vests and pants anywhere. So goodbye M&S. You used to have helpful staff and I liked the range but if am reduced to vainly hunting through racks trying to find my size while being ignored by two wastes of space then it is time to move on to somewhere where staff will think it more important to make a profit for their employers by helping customers than spend all day chatting to each other. You used to be my shop of choice but since I no longer matter to you then I no longer care if you survive or go under like so many of your competitors How sad!

Love m&s as I was brought up with the brand for variety and good quality. Went to the silverburn cafe the other day and was horribly embarrassed by being refused to pay by a paper £20 note (was issued it by an international exchange as I live overseas but is still legal tender until September). Bought goods in the clothes and food departments which took our “paper” money no problem. Really???? Also can’t get any help in an individual department any more… can’t be measured for a bra, no one about for help, but plenty around to take your money. Shame on you m&s you’ve lost the ethic that used to make the difference for people to go anywhere else.
