   Just had the best experience shopping in Quiz Silverburn. All staff were helpful and friendly but especially Katie who couldn’t have done more. Loads of gorgeous dresses, but got help picking the right one with shoes, bag, jewellery and everything else to match. Made the whole shopping experience a smooth and easy one. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend his store.

   *** Shocking *** 3 people in fitting room area means too busy for inexperienced member of staff & you cannot help your wife to pick clothes. Tried to speak with another member of staff & she made it easy for me to leave the shop and not purchasing anything as she said men are not allowed in fitting room area at all

   Was in shopping for an outfit for my 30th birthday, with my mum, the staff member Lauren was brilliant she helped with trying on all the outfits and picking out things for me to try on, I ended up going with the dress Lauren had picked, the shoes I wanted they didn’t have in stock Lauren had called the quiz nearer my home and got them to hold the shoes there for me, all the staff in the shop where friendly and helpful, will definitely be back thanks

   Me and my friend received Amazing Customer Service today by Georgina and Kasey in the Silverburn Quiz shop. Very attentive, they offered us to take our dresses to the changing rooms, offered us high shoes to try on with our dresses and helped us a lot with their opinions too. They also steamed the dress my friend bought for me. Couldn’t thank you enough girls. You nailed it! xx

   Only gave 1 star because I can’t give 0 staff in fitting room with white short hair was very rude and aggressive she shouldn’t work with public if she has that attitude very bad experience found a lovely dress but definitely put me off buying it and won’t be back
