Store was incredibly busy but staff were helpful enough. Had the misfortune to be exposed to a quite unsavoury discussion between the female store manager and employee over a delivery driver.
Went in to the shop the other day and was just browsing and minding my own business, To my surprise I overheard a conversation between a store manager and a sales advisor and I must say I was appalled. The disrespect and tone used was dehumanising, And I seriously hope that there are amendments to the way this shop is run.

For me Next is a really good retail experience. It has an excellent range in menswear with plenty choice available. It also has an excellent range in the home department. I like the fact it is open later and there is plenty parking available. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and now you can once again try something on before you buy it which is great.
Bog standard high Street fashion retailer. Men's section is a bit smaller than limited stock, particularly in my size (narrow but not short). Quality of clothes isn't what it used to be though I like the cut of the shirts and suits. Also has some homeware and furnishings.
