Was in here yesterday as after a suit for a wedding in September ,part of it was out of stock but Emma could not have been more helful and sorted the whole lot to be delivered to store ,also Hayley was fab to ,tysm for everything ,its always so lovely going here as the staff are fab ,tysm
I shop often in store and the girls are always nice and helpful and like to when you ask there opinion on outfits etc.. don’t usually like shopping in person as it gone now hill a lot but it’s always nice popping in regularly and the staff make me laugh and are always willing to help. 5/5 always!
Always loved shopping at the Birkenhead branch until they have had a turn over of staff (old staff were so plesent), the larger girl with the blondish hair and bold red lipstick has the most awful customer service and appalling attitude, will be giving that store a miss from now on, happy to be contacted for a further explanation.
I buy most of my clothes from here. My mother in law was the very first customer when they opened and she's in there most weeks mostly with me. It is expensive I must say but they do have sales on and offers. The staff are the best, so helpful and friendly and love having a chat and a laugh at the same time.

Staff's were pleasant and helpful also was ready to help and give information on questions that was asked.
The clothes were ok , but could be better . I didn't like the colours and designs . Could be whats in fashion at present I dunno .. There didn't seem much stock , don't know whether their struggling to keep afloat .. Buying online is better.
