Maternity wear in Birkenhead

“I shop often in store and the girls are always nice and helpful and like to when you ask there opinion on outfits etc.. don’t usually like shopping in person as it gone now hill a lot but it’s always nice popping in regularly and the staff make me laugh and are always willing to help. 5/5 always!”

“Popped in to get my partner some new t-shirts, as he saw one he loved. We looked around but couldn't find it, and as a man, he accepted defeat and went off to the fitting rooms. I snuck off and asked a member of staff if they still had the shirt, and they were extremely helpful in locating it for us, asking what size we needed and brought it back over to us. He loves it!”

“I’ve brought up my children with this saying “ treat people the way that you’d like to be treated. If you want others to treat you with kindness and respect then you will 98% of the time! And if they don’t then shame on them…. But don’t ever let it be shame on you! “ I think some customers need to remember this as respect is a 2 way street. I’ve been behind customers who’ve been held up by kicking off at the staff. I’m sorry but what’s that going to achieve? Nothing it’s just going to make the poor member of staff feel like nothing and then they panic and make mistakes that could if been avoided had the customer of had a wee bit of patience. I’m sorry but it’s not the staff members fault for your bad day or that you’re in a rush. Would you accept that? Nobody does. I’ve never had an issue with the staff but then again I’ve got manners. I think I’m going to regret this review.”
