I snuck off and asked a member of staff if they still had the shirt, and they were extremely helpful in locating it for us, asking what size we needed and brought it back over to us. He loves it!”

We have always found if not got what you want she will try and sort it for you. Sandra is also very reasonable priced .and friendly person.”

“I went to Cheshire Oaks with my friends and I was not really planning on doing any shopping and to be honest I thought it would just be bad left overs no one else wanted and still expensive but I was very wrong. I bought a gorgeous bag for an unbelievable price of £6.50 and my friend bought her wedding dress from here for £50!!! I couldnt believe it. I use my bag everyday and I love it and my friends dress fit her perfectly and looks very expensive and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised and I will reccomend tp anyone and I will be going back for more.”

“This store always has exceptional customer service from the staff and a great range of clothes which I can be sure to find something I like. I went to this store on Saturday at 4pm. My 2 year old son had fallen asleep in the car and I hadn't brought a pushchair so decided to carry him as it was absolutely scorching hot, rather than us wait it out in the car. This meant I was carrying an extra 3 stone around whilst trying desperately to find something for to wear on Sunday. One of the staff first helped me by looking through sizes on a rail of dresses. Another lady then made a lovely comment on how cute my son looked. When I started to queue for the till the same lady asked for more staff on the till and then served me herself. By this time my back was in agony and it really hurt carrying my son round. These actions mean so much when out and about and it meant that I didnt have to stand, those extra few minutes, whilst carrying my son. I feel like it can be easy to be overlooked as walking round it wouldn't necessarily look like I'm in pain. The empathy and actions taken were above and beyond, in my opinion, I'm very grateful for the staff on Saturday, thank you.”
