   Called into store yesterday to purchase shoes but unfortunately didnt have my size so i was looking through sale items and picked up a pair of sandals that were reduced. I took to till but member of staff said not reduced, she called manager who said these are not in the sale so did not purchase. When i got home i checked on line and they had actually been reduced but staff had not marked the item down. I have now purchased online. No wonder people are shopping on line if staff cannot check prices. The store lost a sale.

   I haven't shopped at new look for a while but a sale popped up on my Facebook feed and I decided to have a look. Ordered 3 items, arrived no problem. Decided to keep 2. Went in store to return today. You have to use this return point, scan QR code etc. Fine, no issue with using something like that except there was an issue with it and it wouldn't complete the return. So I went to the till, assuming the staff would just be able to do it through their system. But no, apparently it's a different company, so nothing to do with them, actual words from the staff. So I bought New Look clothes, from New Look website and returned to New Look store but an actual person can't issue a refund when the return QR thing is down. Ridiculous. I don't drive, it's cost me almost £5 to get to New Look and the only solution I was given was to come back another time. Helpful. Won't be bothering with New Look again.

   This store always has exceptional customer service from the staff and a great range of clothes which I can be sure to find something I like. I went to this store on Saturday at 4pm. My 2 year old son had fallen asleep in the car and I hadn't brought a pushchair so decided to carry him as it was absolutely scorching hot, rather than us wait it out in the car. This meant I was carrying an extra 3 stone around whilst trying desperately to find something for to wear on Sunday. One of the staff first helped me by looking through sizes on a rail of dresses. Another lady then made a lovely comment on how cute my son looked. When I started to queue for the till the same lady asked for more staff on the till and then served me herself. By this time my back was in agony and it really hurt carrying my son round. These actions mean so much when out and about and it meant that I didnt have to stand, those extra few minutes, whilst carrying my son. I feel like it can be easy to be overlooked as walking round it wouldn't necessarily look like I'm in pain. The empathy and actions taken were above and beyond, in my opinion, I'm very grateful for the staff on Saturday, thank you.

   The staff at New Look Cheshire Oaks are always extremely helpful. No matter how busy they are they have always gone above and beyond to help. I can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend this store above others - It's a great size store and the staff are always happy to order stuff in for you if it's not in store - Great service thank you.

   I love this shopping park . Easy and free parking. Lots of decent shops to choose from. This particular new look store is way better than most. Unlike other new look stores in this area it is big, open and airy and tidy! Wide variety of clothes and reasonably priced. Staff seem pleasant enough. And they do nhs discount!
