   I have stopped using Amazon as a lazy first point of ordering.. My wish now not to use American companies meant i thought I would look at other options. . My experience of Argos has always been good so I thought to look to redirect orders away from Amazon until they remember loyalty is a key driver for the bottom line. . Kelly went the extra mile to help. My situation was not straightforward but with cheerful persistence I came away a very satisfied client . I do not know the name of the team leader that day but he equally diligently resolved several of the more difficult issues Having run a sales team I know success is down to the individuals. When people do well I spread the word. The outcome is instead of going to Amazon as has been my habit my needs can now be serviced with Argos and other Non American companies. I am just going on your website to buy industrial grade cordless drill. Cheers friends

   Nicola, the store manager is a vile human being. Literally chased me out of the store with my 5 month old child telling me to get out all because I didn’t have a receipt for my item. That’s fine I’ll keep it but the hostile environment she created for me was terrifying. Will be taking up with corporate.

   Sold me a non working supposedly pre lit Christmas tree. Only thing they'd do is refund or offer a new one after Christmas...the refund will now go in two days before Christmas, so if I didn't have the funds to go and get another tree somewhere else I would not have one for Christmas thanks to argos skelmersdale. I'd take yourself to any other store to avoid problems like this . Reading through the reviews they have frequent issues with selling faulty products and then being useless with returns. The first person trying to do the return tried to give us a £40 refund for a £90 tree . Thankfully her colleague stepped in and refunded the correct amount . Absolutley awful customer service

   Argos is a good place dont get me wrong, but my sister ordered an electrical toothbrush January 2020, its know March 2021 and it still isn't here, and my sister hadn't got any sort of email from argos, so I'd be careful about ordering stuff from argos, but the stuff that argos has it great, and the prices and awsome! I'd recommend argos, it is a really good shop!

   My favourite Argos. Fast and efficient at checkout. Nice roomy catalogue area. No fuss taking items back. Staff are interested in helping at this particular store. Literally a couple of feet away from the bus station. Nice and clean and orderly too. Even in the busy Christmas period it was organized and well run. If for some reason they don't have your item in stock the staff are good at giving you further options for ordering in-store etc. I recommend this Argos. I won't go to any other!
