   Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. My friend is disabled and requires a wheelchair. The "accessible" changing room is completely stockpiled with boxes and upon notifying staff, she was met with horrible and unnecessary comments, saying things like "We can't do anything about it" or calling my friend and her mother 'rude' for asking.

   Easily accessible this is based near one of the entrances to Cheshire Oaks. There is parking nearby including disabled parking. This monsoon outlet has dresses, clothes, and accessories. It is narrow and long with a couple of fitting spaces and a stall and some mirrors in the shop.

   Customer service is abysmal. I got over charged on three out of five items. I had to go back twice to the till to get it rectified. The woman behind the till was obnoxious and gave the impression that she was doing me a favour in refunding me. She told me that the items which were marked as reduced were from a different store hence why they went through as full price. That I told her was not my fault. It was on display reduced and they needed to sell it to me reduced. She did in the end but there was no hint of an apology at all. I would never come back to this store again. Zero customer service for someone who spent over £50 in the store. I’d leave no stars if possible. AVOID!

   Omg I love this shop. The only down side was a limited amount of changing rooms we ended up waiting 20 mins to try a pair of trousers on, people taking 10-15 items at a time. Stupid but I can see the point as the prices are great for the quality your getting.

   I went to Cheshire Oaks with my friends and I was not really planning on doing any shopping and to be honest I thought it would just be bad left overs no one else wanted and still expensive but I was very wrong. I bought a gorgeous bag for an unbelievable price of £6.50 and my friend bought her wedding dress from here for £50!!! I couldnt believe it. I use my bag everyday and I love it and my friends dress fit her perfectly and looks very expensive and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised and I will reccomend tp anyone and I will be going back for more.
