   Was at the till and the Manager older lady purplish hair spoke to one of the new workers a young lad like absolute dirt for no reason attitude was terrible towards him, never go back in that shop again.

   Thinking it’s funny to make a joke out of elderly people. Disrespectful. Safe to say you actually upset my Nan with the experience she had. Considering she only shops in your store because she can’t get out to anywhere else. You want to be teaching your staff good customer service ! As someone who has worked in service industries for 9 years I would never approach a customer like how your staff done and embarrassed my Nan. Disgusting. Hope your shop in Crosby shuts down. By the looks of it you can’t afford to lose customers round here anyway !

   wow, like shopping in the OLD days, the staff were really friendly and helpful, making sure i fully understood, any probs with the clothes, etc, how long i had to return them, the whole experience was a joy, i wish every shop had staff like these and i thoroughly recommend anyone to shop here. the prices are really competitive and there was a good range which surprised me as i am 3xl + so normally, i just walk in and out of stores who only seem to cater for average size peeps. loved shopping here, (and no, i Don't work for the company!) five stars easily.
