I came in yesterday to look for a coat for my disabled son which can be difficult as he is extremely tall. I found something promising but it was on a raised Mannequin and there were no others left on the shop floor. I enquired about the coat on the mannequin but was immediately dismissed with ‘there’s not enough staff to get it off the mannequin’ . There were at least three staff in close vicinity and the shop wasn’t that busy with no customers at the tills. It would have only taken a minute to get a footstool and take the coat off. I even enquired about the size then but was told ‘haven’t a clue!!’. I work in fashion retail and I would never dream of speaking to customers like this. I have bought quite a few items from here in the past but will never go in again. Extremely poor customer service to say the least. Luckily I noticed the brand of the coat on the sleeve and found it online at Debenhams for a very good price, I don’t know how much it was in Newlife but they should be doing their utmost to secure a sale for the charity, not drive customers away to internet shopping.

This is a great shop to find some real bargains. All clothes are brand new, but they save them from getting dumped in landfills. Also, it is a charity so you are not only just helping the environment you are also helping a charity as well, all while getting yourself a bargain too! You do have to search the shop a bit and they do try to organise it as much as they can. Just don't expect a typical clothes shop. Come here to have a good route around.

This shop is like a rummage sale clothes are all last seasons but they are rough and scruffy and lots of damaged items and the prices are very overpriced indeed for what are essentially out of date goods set out appallingly on rails that are not organised at all

Would like to give a rating, but I can't. Shop wouldn't actually sell my partner a coat, seems like lazy customer service if ask me.

Really great charity shop where you can get a range of fantastic men's and women's clothes and shoes. They sell new branded items but with the brands cut-off. If you look carefully you can get brands like Ted Baker, Superdry and many more for a great price. Although, you can never be sure if they'll have your size as it's all random. Great shop!

Would give 0 if I could. I decided to visit my parents in Moreton today. Wanted to visit newlife as I have always quite liked it. The website says that the shop shuts at 17:30. At 17:12 we tried to enter newlife to have a very quick look at the babywear as we have a little one on the way. To our surprise, a very rude woman "greeted" us at the door to say. "Shut now. I'm closing the doors." I was a little confused, as how can you advertise you're open till 17:30 and then close at 17:12? This disappointed us, but we began to walk away. Saw a woman and child try to walk into the store so watched to see if they would be turned away. They weren't? The rude woman let them in with no questions. We watched from outside to see, maybe she was staff? No. She was going round shopping. We are so angry and absolutely won't be returning here. What a shame for your customer service.

Staff are usually nice, and a good variety in clothes, only thing is the layout is a bit confusing sometimes but generally it's good
