   *Date of visit* 22nd October 2025 Usually visit the Matalan store in Hunts Cross but they didn't have what I was after, so thought I'd try here. I found what I was looking for and the staff are helpful. Think there's more of a range here compared to Hunts Cross so may visit again in the future.

   We had such a great experience at this store. The staff are a delight. When we went to visit the fitting rooms, the nearby staff member helped in and welcomed us. When we were checking out, the lovely young ladies at the counter asked us how we were and got us chatting about where we're from, etc. At the end, they helped us sign up for the store membership and even gave us a couple starbursts! Just a pleasant and great experience. I'm just sorry I didn't get their names at the counter so I could put them in this review. I can't wait to come back. It was our first time in a Matalan so we're very pleased

   21.09.24 Came back to check the men's shoe section and they have new modern designs with good prices. Got myself a new pair given the good experience in durability and comfort of the past pair i bought. It's well worth a visit not only for work clothing. No queues. Fast payment. All great. * Sep 2023 Recommend going to them if you're new in town and you need fast formal clothing for a job at good price. No staff to attend the mens section, but managed to find a kind lady at the cash payment section that came and was very helpful. Fast payment too with no queues with cashless machines. They have also woman and kids clothing as well as other sections such home decor, toys and stationary. They don't have toilets. However, if you ask security, they'll advice you to use one available.

   The store is very spacious and plenty of parking available. Staff are friendly and assist the customers in a professional manner. They have plenty of stock to suit all genders, ages and budgets. Their home section is quite impressive with wide range of variety. Overall, a good store for your basic needs.

   Good parking always .a very clean and tidy shop with helpfull staff .its big and a nice walk round .sort of chilled ha ha .some nice stuff at very competitive prices. sound . A few other shops also round about also .

   Went there with kids and there wasn’t a toilet to use. I understand they don’t open staff toilet for customer but normally when the kids are desperate other shops will open toilet for children’s use, obviously NOT this one.

   Came to collect my click and collect. Waited in the queue for over 15 min. There were staff in and out of the till areas and the queues to pay were very long. They were too busy chatting to each other and sorting out hangers when customer service should be priority. Such a same as it’s my local Matalan but I won’t be ordering any stock here again. Very disappointing.
