I visit this store on a regular basis with my 24 year old son Mark who is autistic. Shopping with Mark can often be stressful but I cant thank all the staff in the food hall who entertain Mark and give him their time no matter how busy they are. I would like to name them all individually but worry I may miss someone off. I have tried to give my feedback via head office but it was never passed on to the staff. M&S Cheshire Oaks should be very proud of the staff in the food hall, I can sincerely say they are amazing and make such my experience of shopping so much easier but most of all they always make Mark happy. These staff are exceptional and I wish there was a way that this could be acknowledged. I personally would like to say a massive thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

This is the largest M&S in the world, it's huge, with two floors and plenty of spacious parking. There are many disabled parking spaces on both floors. The building is really nice and when lit up on a dark night it looks fantastic. There is plenty of choice in this place for mens clothes, womens clothes including childrens and babies garments. The lower floor is for food and the cafe. Went to the cafe yesterday and did like the meals although on the expensive saide they were delicious. The omelette is my favourite. The pancakes, even with the maple syrup, were dry and not as nice as the omelette or the halloumi bap. I love coming to this M&S as it's more peaceful shopping experience than Tesco or Sainsbury's. Staff have always been nice, had a staff caused me issues I would not hesitate to ask for the manager as M&S in 2025 was rated the most expensive supermarket, and therefore I expect class. M&S has always had a generous return policy which I have not used at the moment but definitely if an item was substandard I would readily complain and return. This is close to the Cheshire Oaks retail park, and ideal spot for a nice timeout after a long shopping session and in a place that is not too busy, just be careful as when we went about 09.15 it was already packed with people in the cafe!

I have just come from the M&S store in ellesmere port. I was on the phone to someone when I noticed a young woman come into the stote, also another woman, they were quite distinctive as they were very tanned. Within a couple of minutes the younger woman walked out of the store carrying many items of women's clothing. I alerted a member of staff who said I thought they were stealing. A couple of them went out of the store. I offered a description. But he knew who they were. Other security based outside seemed to be unaware. I have just phoned M&S got through to a call centre in India. Absolutely ridiculous. How can you not speak to a member of the store directly. There should of been security on those doors. It was so obvious she was taking clothes still on hangers that were stolen. If they were aware why didn't they do something. No wonder the prices are so high, if thieves are allowed to just walk out without being challenged

I've visited the biggest M&S in the UK three times now, and every visit has been a great experience. This store truly has everything. If your local M&S is missing certain items, chances are you'll find them here. From clothing for the whole family to stylish homeware and kids’ essentials – it’s all here. Foodhall was well stocked, and I found loads of products that aren’t available in my local store. I realy love sushi freshly prepared and very affordable. I also spotted quite a lot yellow-sticker. Overall It's a bit pricey so you will leave here a lot of money if you are not careful. There’s also an M&S Café, which I haven’t tried yet, but it’s definitely on my list for the next visit.

Very impressive looking store for sure the architecture inside with its wooden ceiling joints is quite spectacular, theres a super home section but that's as good as it gets the clothes section has a lot to be desired, for shop with so much floor space personally I think stick wise it's lacking, (the outlet store upon visiting it had a far better range for some reason) never been a fan of M&S food (my preference is the coop) but I will say the food range is fairly vast and has a good takeaway and cafe option

I highly recommend visiting the Marks and Spencer mega store in Cheshire oaks. The store offers a huge range of products, including clothing, home goods, and a variety of food items. The food section is particularly noteworthy, with a wide selection of fresh produce, baked goods, and prepared meals. Overall, the store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a convenient shopping destination for all your needs. One thing that a lot of big retailers miss is sofas for the I’ll suffering males to relax on.

So the shop is massive and great selection. The cafe is big but confusing for first time users. The amount of people using it means there was a bit of a scramble to find a free table. The staff in the cafe were ok when dealing with dithering customers. The food was nice and good quality, but in my opinion was over priced for what it was. My wife had beans and eggs on toast and was told she couldn't add a sausage unless she bought a ciabatta aswell (even though she didnt have the eggs as she doesnt like them but still had to pay for them). Just weird. I wanted the brunch but she wouldn't let me have smashed avocado and beans. It just seemed odd that you couldn't add an extra thing they already sell on the menu, to a meal. Add to that the price and it was basically £18.80 for beans on toast twice and one had two poached eggs and a piece of skinny bacon. But I did have a cappuccino and that was very nice. Was this a nice place to spend a Saturday morning while I waited for my car to be serviced? Yes. Would I come out of my way to come here again? No.
