Friendly helpful staff and management would highly recommend,very organised shop everything in place and tidy.
I had an unbelievable and unpleasant customer experience. The shop manager asked me to leave and accused me of being rude. Additionally, one staff member even questioned if I was deaf. I simply asked for directions to winter hats, but I was pointed in the wrong direction three times. When I attempted to complain, both the shop assistant and manager verbally attacked me she said "get out" The manager refused to provide their name, but I plan to escalate my complaint to the head office directly. Overall, this was the worst customer experience I have ever had
One of the employees forgot to take the alarms off the products I bought. I live in a country where there are no JD sports stores and I am not able to take these alarms off, without destroying the products I bought. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, nobody is able to refund me for their mistake…this is unacceptable.
I didn't actually buy anything but had a few questions which were answered by the manager and I think he was called Kieran. Had Ginger hair. Top bloke and very helpful.
Izzy was very professional and helped me checkout the things i was buying whiles the manager was busy with other customer, instead of waiting around for him to finish. Thank you izzy
The shop itself looks very good, but I wanted to try something on and asked for the fitting rooms. Those were closed, which I think is a bit strange if you're selling shirts, pants and other kind of clothing. Luckily I just wanted to try some t-shirts, so I tried those on in the corner of the shop. Staff wasn't overly friendly, but they weren't unkind either. Prices were good.
Used this store on my way to Majorca ..my partner needed some holiday trainers and a few bits...we were served and advised by Kieran ..who was very helpful and informative..will deffo use again based on our experience
