Its a fantastic store the best in Ellesmere Port town centre ( but in fairness the bar is pretty low) great location, only downside is you pay for parking before 1800, but that's down to council.

Why pay for parking in a supermarket? The place is a maze and isn't looked after and it shows with boxes everywhere, the staff are not really approachable as in other stores, the ladies at customer service have a face on them and are always unfriendly. Definitely recommend the Bromborough store over this, much politer staff. This store looks rundown. Has two floors top floor has a cafe and clothes, bottom floor has food, stationary, electronics, toys and a post office. Lady at the checkout blabbering on to customers infront and then after serving me to the subsequent customers behind, but to me nothing no greeting just the bare minimum when paying. Low level of intelligence in this store.

First experience at this store and we did not realise how big it was. Only popped in for snacks before the cinema, the car park is council owned and has parking charges however itβs free after 6pm. The security guard had informed us of this, so kudos to him.

A very poor service. I got an item that was supposed to be my exact size but I got home and realized it was a bit big for me meanwhile Iβve removed the tag. I went back to exchange the item for a smaller size but they refused that I exchange because the tag wasnβt there anymore meanwhile I was with the receipt and I have bought a few clothes from them that was without tag. Itβs not a nice service especially if thereβs not an option for people to try the item in the store. I believe Iβll stop shopping at Asda and so will anyone that I know. Thanks.

I shop at this store pretty much on a daily basis and I've always been treated with respect by the staff who are lovely in majority. This was until last Friday ( 10/03/2023 ), where I received the most appalling service and was spoken to in a disrespectful manner by 2 employees and their manager. I asked one of the employees some service and he told me to bear with him a few minutes before he could help me. I then waited a good while before realising that he had left to another location of the store to go and chat to one of his colleagues while I was waiting for service with my toddler. I then walked up to this employee and asked why he was keeping me and my tired toddler waiting while he's casually having a personal conversation with a colleague with whom he seemed to be very close. The pair of them started arguing with me in front of my child, being inconsiderate and disrespectful so I requested a manager to try to solve the situation. The manager arrived and wouldn't even listen to what had happened and took their side straight away. I felt insulted, humiliated and I was so upset that I changed my mind about buying and left all my shopping at the till. Most the staff are very friendly and helpful but the service I received that Friday was horrible, disgusting. I will get in touch with management this week to make them aware of the issue and I hope it will be taken seriously. Hello Tasha, I can't seem to be able to find a way to reply to your response so I thought it could work by editing my review to include my reply. It was around 20.30/ 21.00 on Friday 10th March. The manager said his name was Craig, not sure about the name of the 2 other employees though. Is there any way I could meet someone at the shop to discuss the matter? As it's going to be hard on here if we can't reply to each other.

I usually have a good experience. But yesterday I bought goats cheese camembert, put in fridge as soon as I got home (20 minutes) I opened it today and was almost sick from the smell. The product made my house smell for hours. Will not purchase again ! Had gone completely off !

Went into Asda deli last week and brought some chicken drumsticks to eat on the way home & have now ended up with food poisoning for a week!! The woman behind the deli counter was disrespectful too!

Very busy and the pharmacy needs to be bigger than it is, with more staff. I waited 5min for my prescription to be taken then told it would be between 15 or 20 minutes. So I went round the shop and still had to wait for 10 minutes when I got back to pick up the tablets from them

A Supermarket with the different departments clearly labelled, although we couldn't locate pegs at the library and detergent section, we had to ask a staff who directed us to the bathroom essentials before we got packs of pegs. By the way, great staff at Asda, very nice and respectful humans.
