“Just purchased this today from Andy at Port Appliances. Awesome service, they even took my old oven, great price. Andy and the team were very helpful, they pointed me in the direction of the right oven for me and even loaded it into the car for me. I'll definitely be going there in the future for any of my appliances.. they have a pretty damn good range of fridges and washing machines, brand new or refurbished.. even the brand new products are cheaper than if you went to buy them for the big companies. Thanks a lot Andy, you sorted me out.”

“I called them at 8.30 this morning requiring a puncture repair, they told me to come straight down. By 9.05 I was on my way with the repair done and the wheel back on the car. They even asked me to inspect the alloy to make sure I was 100% happy it was damage free. Great service and great care taken with your pride and joy. I will recommend them to anyone wanting work done. Thanks guys.”

“Took my sons bike in to get the brakes checked and fixed. The young lad on the bike desk was super helpful and did a great with the bike. In and out in 10 minutes, all fixed and adjusted free of charge. Thanks for a great service. Wish I’d got the lads name to give him a personal mention.”

“Lovely peaceful place, you can have short or long walks depending on what you want. Paths are well kept and accessible to all, lots of bird life around and the brook is visible for a lot of the walking areas. Visited in early May and the bluebells were out just to add to the beauty of the place. I used to live very near here and hadn't visited the valley in nearly 50 years, I couldn't believe how much the woodland had expanded.”

“Had a lovely breakfast, couldn't fault it and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shame it is in a small unit, only 1 table indoors, because I am sure it would easily fill up. They seemed to be doing very well from Just Eat orders while we wete there. Will definitely go back.”

“A small range of large shops to shop in. The cinema and bowling alley are good and a few large chain restaurants too. The car parks are free and right outside the shops and restaurants. It can get very busy in the holidays. Would recommend. It’s also walkable from Cheshire Oaks if you don’t mind a ten minute stroll.”

“It's a good urban park located a short walk from the town centre. Large free car park. Excellent play area for the kids. A nice pond with seating. There's also a BMX area, football pitches & a bowling green. I'm not sure what the opening times are but there's a veg, flower, fruit garden selling produce. Theatre Porto is located right in the middle of the park. It has a reasonably priced cafe. It's a nice place to stroll or walk your dog.”

“Its a fantastic store the best in Ellesmere Port town centre ( but in fairness the bar is pretty low) great location, only downside is you pay for parking before 1800, but that's down to council.”

“I'm giving a 5* review how they dealt with a problem. We went through the drive thru and our meal was wrong (something missing), I spoke to the staff and she sent me straight to the front of the desk, just explained the issue and said it want a big problem we were just being lazy, getting out the car wasn't an issue! They were really apologetic and dealt with it immediately, it really wasn't a big deal - but the service was just great and instead of coming out frustrated because they're checking receipt and doubting what I was saying, they just dealt with it. Good customer service goes a long way. Nice work guys, and thank you”

“Its so sad that there isnt much funding available for places like this. Most of the toys are donated. However you make the most out of what there is after all its about spending precious quality time with your children in a safe and secure environment. Staff work very very hard as they have a duty of care to both the children and parents/family and its very busy during school hols.. Thank you to Sian for all her support!”

I had no agenda just wanted less hair and a style not only was the salon nice, added bonus of the dogo! Emma was fantastic I often find some hairdressers conversation dated /nice weather or you going on holiday. Not here you got authentic conversation built around actual things. Well I want to say what a fantastic little salon and what a beautiful hair cut I got. Fair play to Emma i gave her nothing to go off but got exactly what I wanted for considerably less than I've paid elsewhere to walk out hating what I had done. Thank you to Emma and trinity!
