Called today for 2 new tyres, and replacement tyre pressure sensors. As always, the staff very very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for tyres and such in the 'Port.
Lovely lads but just couldn't help me. Went there for an alignment as thhe car was pulling to the left while driving down the motorway. Fitted 2 new tires and had it booked in. After the 1st try, it was still the same, the car would pull to the left. 2nd time around they tested the car on the motorway themselves and told me it's normal to pull to the left because the surface of the road is uneven. Unfortunately you just can't tell me that and tell me that it is something normal. I know the answer is wrong and it should drive straight not pull to one side but can't be bothered anymore to argue. Why isn't my company vehicle not pulling to one side or my friends vehicles?
Super friendly informed and professional team, had an issue with my new/second hand car, they had it diagnosed and sorted within a few hours and even liased with the dealer in Doncaster where we got the car from as it was under warranty. Excellent service as always x
Bought some brand new wheels and wasn’t sure on the best tyre size to run on them. Phoned up and took a wheel with me, I told them the kind of tyre size I’m thinking of and they compared the sizes to the wheel to give me an idea of what I’d prefer. Tyres were fitted to my wheels, did not damage the wheels at all which I have had in the past from other tyre fitters. Really friendly staff. They also put black wheel weights on for me which I appreciate as I really like the smaller details. Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be back.
Popped into port tyres after getting an extortionate quote for two new tyres from the Jaguar Garage. Port Tyres provided me with multiple options all at half the price and they were ordered and fitted within 24 hrs. Couldn’t ask for better service, won’t go elsewhere again.
I have used this garage twice now one for tyres back in November and booked my MOT and it went in yesterday and it failed, was then quoted for the cost which was very reasonable for it to pass and was told wasn't going to be ready til the next day and I explained that I needed my car back the same day due to only having the day off and needed it back for work and if they could do the work that day would be great if not wouldn't be too much of a major issue meaning having to make other arrangements. They rang me at 4.30 and managed to get my car done the same day they went above and beyond and for that there service was amazing I would definitely recommend and the guys are super friendly
I was booked in to another garage that wanted to keep my car overnight and fix it for £110. Port tyres did it for less than £20 and in 15 minutes for the exact same job. Very honest, friendly and professional.
I will never bring my car here again taken for an mot failed my car then said will cost almost 2k in just parts. So taken to another garage and they can repair my car with labour for £400. Also, Port Tyres have created more damage to my car using tools underneath my car creating holes. My car now makes an awful noise after getting my car back from them. Also happened a lot of my friends/family who have used them.
I have been taking my cars to Port Tyres for over 20 years and have always found their service to be excellent. I no longer work in the area but still travel back to them because I know that I will get the expert service that we all want and at a very reasonable price.
I called them at 8.30 this morning requiring a puncture repair, they told me to come straight down. By 9.05 I was on my way with the repair done and the wheel back on the car. They even asked me to inspect the alloy to make sure I was 100% happy it was damage free. Great service and great care taken with your pride and joy. I will recommend them to anyone wanting work done. Thanks guys.
