Excellent service from the 1st call. The collected my car, brought a courtesy car and gave regular updates with my vehicle. Fast turnaround too - 3 weeks. The staff were friendly, helpful and reassuring. Just waiting for my car to be returned tomorrow now and the job is complete.
Possibly the worst experience ever at a garage. Van went in Friday, diagnosed with £1,000 worth of repairs which is not their fault, was told the van would be ready by Tuesday, so I moved all my work load around to Wednesday onwards. Phoned up Tuesday 3pm to ask when its ready to collect, only to be told that the part is out of stock and cannot be ordered! Had absolutely no communication on this from lookers which is shocking, lady on the phone denied acknowledgement of telling me Tuesday, even though she went to ask when it will be ready whilst I was on the phone. Now they can't tell me when they'll have the part or if they will even be able to get it at all. No van, no work, lost customers and lookers just blame the "global parts shortage" without a care in the world. A phone call to let me know is all I needed, now I have to mess my customers around again and cant even have a date to commit to.
