Fantastic service as always. My car failed its MOT but the team made sure to fit me in for the work an a re-test the following day without me being without my car. Will use them for any future work needed on my car and have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family

Great customer service, friendly, solve your problem at a decent price. Why go to the MB dealer when you can go here for better service at a reasonable price. I was going to be charged £210 for just diagnosing my stuck charge cap on my EQC, Dave got the parts after an over the phone discussion and fixed it on the spot for not even half that, and at the dealer it was then still going to cost me parts and labour to fix it! MD Motorcare any time, every time!
Had my service done by them. They are very reliable and have reasonable prices. Very good service and I asked to do a Brake Fluid change. They advised me that my Brake Fluid is good and its not required. So I would say they dont overcharge you for things which are not required. Highly recommended.
Charged for £30 for fuel when I put £30 in it 1/4 a mile around the corner before I dropped it off. Was told they had only done 30 miles in it. Got the car back with 20 miles range after £60 of fuel. Requested a standard ecu file back last year to be put back on the car, 30 miles later engine failed and a £4,000 repair. Been told that a full ecu reset was not done fully by a Mercedes master technician and an incorrect dpf pressure sensor was put on the car. And finally a bill of £800 before Christmas to rectify running faults following engine work, after spend it didn’t fix the issue and wanted to pass it back to me as he didn't want to waste time on it.
Been to these A couple of times. Always excellent service And Nicola keeps you informed of what's going on. Will use again and Happy New Year .
Carried out repairs to my two Mercedes quickly, thoroughly and efficiently without any fuss. Costs were significantly cheaper than a Main Dealer. I will definitely use them again for all my servicing and repairs.
I would highly recommend MD Motorcare! My Merc came in to have the alternator pulley done and the service was incredible! They squeezed me in with short notice and sorted my problems for me! The Price was more than fair (excellent in fact!) And.... they even cleaned my car before handing it back to me! (ALL IN ONE DAY TOO!.... talk about good service) The staff were fantastic and the lady on reception was lovely and ever so helpful! Even though its a 45 min drive to get here from my house, I'll definitely be using them again! Thanks again for all your help!
