    Just been served by a lovely gentleman in screwfix, his name was Nobby. He was so welcoming, polite, funny with a very bubbly personality. Absolutely amazing service thank you. I do have to say every time I go there the staff are always happy to help and very friendly.

    Nipped in for a few joinery bits and, to be fair, the place did the job. Decent prices, actually had stuff in stock (miracle), and no faff at the till. Everything you’d want from a Screwfix—quick, simple, and you don’t leave wondering where your afternoon went. That said, the queue moved slower than a snail on strike. Only one till open while the rest of the team looked like they were busy avoiding eye contact with the front. Bit like being in a pub where everyone might serve you, but only one actually will. Not a dealbreaker, mind—just enough to knock off a star while I practiced patience I never knew I had
